I am a personal trainer and life coach in West Sussex and online who uses physical training as a means of positively transforming your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Our sessions incorporate the same methods used by a trained fighter – the perfect platform for bringing about greater energy, improved fitness, and higher confidence levels. With me by your side, we will get into the habit of attacking each day with passion and purpose, giving you the tools to relish the challenges that come your way and maintain peak condition in the future.

My background

Before becoming a personal trainer and life coach, I was a bare-knuckle fighter, unlicensed boxer, bouncer, and martial artist, immersed in a world of pain, violence and negativity.

In 2003, I was in two near-fatal motorcycle accidents. I had to quite literally teach myself how to walk again. It was an extremely challenging period in my life. My mood was very low, and it felt like I would never feel truly well again. The experience taught me that recovery, while never easy, is indeed possible – that whatever challenges or difficulties you face in your life, they can be overcome.

Such an experience has given me a real empathy with those who are embarking on the same journey towards improved health and wellness. For the past 16 years I have been combining my extensive learning and experience in the fields of personal training and life coaching to create my Movement as Medicine for the Body philosophy. I have found this integrated approach to be the most effective way to achieve optimum physical and mental health for my clients. There is nothing I love more than seeing someone who was depressed and unmotivated evolve into a more confident, stronger individual.

I am blessed to do what I do every day. Having been in that dark, low place before, I feel fortunate and grateful to still be here, and my main mission in life is to be your guide as you walk down the same path of recovery that I and so many others have taken.

  • VTCT Diploma Level 3 for Personal Trainers        
  • Fully accredited Life Coaching Diploma at Roffey Park Institute
  • VTCT Diploma Level 3 in Sports and Fitness Therapy Techniques        
  • VTCT Diploma Level 3 in Anatomy and Physiology
  • Mental Health Awareness Certificate
  • Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming by the Society of Neuro -Linguistic Programming
