I'm a personal trainer and life coach in West Sussex and online.

There is nothing I love more than guiding people towards a better physical and mental place. Through an integrated, personalised training regime based on your current situation and future goals, I empower you to transform your overall wellbeing.

Helping you put on muscle or lose weight is not my central aim; our work together is about improving all aspects of your health and enabling you to meet each day with confidence, energy, and positivity.

If you are in a low place, you are not alone. I have been there too and therefore know that transformation is possible. I draw upon all my experiences in multidisciplinary sports and everything I learned subsequently from my formal studies in the fields of physical and psychological health, to provide the training and motivational framework you need to feel stronger both mentally and physically.

The power of movement

Movement is embedded into our psyche. Ever since hunter-gatherer times, movement has been integral to our survival. Research has long since established that moving – whether it’s just going for a walk or doing a triathlon – is profoundly beneficial for healing and maintaining top health. It is key to a positive mind and a healthy body.

Sadly however, the last year of lockdowns has led to many people stagnating, and you might feel like you’re in a rut. A lack of continual movement will naturally cause you to feel low and unmotivated.

That is why I use the following mantra: “Movement is Medicine”. By working with me on a tailored training regime, we will establish a routine that gets you moving and thriving again. No matter what situation you may be in, the process of getting into a rhythm of exercise will make your mind and body feel a million times stronger, thereby giving you a far more positive outlook on life as a whole.

Our sessions

Having trained in several fitness-related disciplines such as boxing, mixed martial arts and endurance running, I draw on this extensive background to help you reach your goals. We will incorporate the same methods that a trained fighter uses to boost their overall health and wellbeing, such as pad work and shadow boxing. My sessions are always highly motivational, fun, friendly, and full of energy.

Before getting started, I will listen closely to you. Learning about your current mental and physical situation, along with your personal future goals, is a deeply important part of my service, as it helps me tailor a training regime to your needs.

Together we will work towards improving your health in a holistic way – and in a way that makes sense to you.

Life coaching

Our sessions are about so much more than simply improving your physical condition. As a qualified life coach, my service is also about helping you approach life with greater passion, purpose and vigour.

Being positive is an active choice we can make when we wake up each morning. And with me by your side, we will get into the habit of greeting every day with a deliberately optimistic mindset, ultimately bringing you a place where you relish, rather than fear, the daily challenges life throws at you.

About me

Following two near-fatal motorcycle accidents in 2003, I had to totally rebuild myself physically and mentally. It was a deeply challenging time in my life; I felt like I was at rock bottom. But this tough period allowed me to develop a real empathy for those who are struggling to feel hopeful and motivated. I know what it’s like to be in that dark place where full health and wellness feels miles away. That is why I devote my life to helping people take their own journey towards moving past the challenges they face and rediscovering their power, both physically and mentally.
